THE CUTTING EDGE IN PLANT NUTRIENT TECHNOLOGY

Micro Suspension (MS) Technology is a breakthrough, patented innovation in conventional plant nutrient technology. It was conferred the competitive Technology Commercialisation Award by the Singapore government (Spring Singapore) in 2008. It was nominated for the 2009 Innovation Award in Netherlands @PotatoEurope, the world's largest international potato event.

MS Technology is a crop nutrient technology process that delivers insoluble but highly bio-available minerals to crops. It optimizes absorption of nutrients by the plant, and hence maximizes benefits to the plant. Benefits to crops include increased yield, increased starch and sugar content and improved root and shoot growth.

Defies fertilizer science — 'breakthrough innovation'

MS Technology is a disruptive innovation touted to deliver insoluble but highly bio-available minerals to crops. In short, it is a crop nutrient technology process that optimizes absorption of nutrients by the plant and hence maximizes benefits to the plant.

Uses renewable and abundant resources — 'green technology'

MS Technology uses renewable resources such as rendered animal bone, egg shell, silica sand as its starting material to produce environmentally-friendly MS fertilizers The value proposition of MS technology lies in nutrient recycling of renewable resources. Nutrient recycling is a necessary process to safeguard a sustainable green environment by converting unwanted material into stable, value-added materials. Recycling using MS technology is an example of this valuable process and offers a clean and green way of protecting the environment.

Enhances FUE (Fertilizer Use Efficiency) of plants — 'optimized nutrient uptake'

There are tremendous efforts to improve the Fertilizer Use Efficiency (FUE) which is important in
sustainable agriculture. Most efforts so far have produced solid, granule fertilizers that are water-soluble. Efforts in producing similar characteristics in liquid fertilizers have been minimal as optimizing the nutrient release pattern is a challenge. MS Technology has overcome the challenge through developing new generation liquid fertilizers with optimized nutrient release patterns. MS Technology enhances the FUE of plants, resulting in optimal nutrient uptake by plants.
